Lyons has been remarkably consistent over the final month of the season but could have served to make a bigger impact if his squad were to advance deeper in the finals. For now, he'll have to lick his wounds and prepare for 2022 after logging good averages of 28.1 disposals and 6.4 marks per game in 2021.

McCluggage finished the season with at least 100 points scored in four of his last six games and a streak of four straight games with a goal. Unfortunately, he's not the kind of player to carry the Lions deeper into the finals, so his season ends here with a good average of 25 disposals per game.

ANALYSIS
Ah Chee doesn't seem likely to take the field unless things go south for some of the other Lions ahead of the match. The fact that he's listed as an emergency could bode well for his chances of returning next round, should they advance.

Lester sat out the elimination final due to a hamstring issue but appears set to make his return to action Saturday. He compiled 12 disposals -- seven handballs and five kicks -- four marks and four tackles the last time he donned the jumper for the Lions.

The 27 year-old has now topped 90 fantasy points in every contest played in the month of August and after accounting for 16 goals over that same period of time, currently finds himself one of only six players in the AFL having surpassed 50 to this point in the year.

ANALYSIS
Neale proved a dominant force on Saturday, netting season-highs for kicks (22), handballs (24), disposals and clearances and falling just six fantasy points of a season-high 145 recorded back in a Round Five rout of Essendon. Neale now preps for a crucial semi-final match-up against either Western or the Bombers having averaged 35.3 touches, 7.3 clearances, 4.6 tackles, 3.6 marks and 123.3 fantasy points over each of the Lions' last three outings.

McStay exited Saturday's contest early in the first term after sustaining a blow to the face from teammate Nakia co*ckatoo's knee during a marking contest. The 29 year-old's absence in next week's semi-final clash between Brisbane and either Western or Essendon leaves the Lions with a clear void to fill at forward.

Andrews missed Round 23 as a precaution but shouldn't have the same issue as long as he passes his tests before the weekend. With averages of 15.4 disposals and 8.1 marks per game in 2021, Andrews offers decent value for a defender.

ANALYSIS
Robinson missed the last two rounds of the home-and-away season but he is much closer to playing than he was even a week ago. Should he pass his fitness test before selection, there shouldn't be any issues of playing for Robinson, who's made as many as 12 marks in a game this season.

Robinson missed Round 22 with a minor calf issue and will look to get one more game under his belt to assure his fitness before the finals. With two scores over 100 fantasy points over his last four games, Robinson has decent potential, but otherwise isn't consistent enough with an average of 19.1 disposals per game.

ANALYSIS
Adams was given a four-to-six week return timeline in mid-July, and it appears he'll land within that range. He's only reached the 80-point threshold in three of his 14 matches this season, so the defender is likely just a mid-range fantasy option at best.

Still, it was a season-high tying four majors that left the Lions forward a standout versus Fremantle and finds the 27 year-old currently ranked the AFL's No. 11 in total goals (38) on the year. Daniher prepares for an Aug. 14 match-up with Collingwood having now topped 90 fantasy points in two of Brisbane's last four outings and averaging a respective 72 points per game in 2021.

Zorko registered a season-high 24 kicks en route to a game-high 34 touches and paced all players in tackles in Saturday's match. The Lions midfielder also posted his best inside (11) and rebound 50 (5) totals of the year, leaving him with his second 130 fantasy point performance in as many weeks. The 32 year-old continues to enjoy a strong start to August, a month in which he's averaged 23 kicks, 8.5 handballs, 31.5 disposals, 7.5 tackles, six clearances, 1.5 behinds and a goal per showing. Next up for Zorko is a Aug. 14 match-up with Collingwood.
