My friends and I were excited to spend a night out in Utrecht where we came across this club. Entry was €5 which was completely fine, the cloak room was another €5 but was cash only, my friends and I had no cash on us so continued through to the main area to order drinks in our jackets. I had a light zip up on that i did not intend to even leave into the cloak room in the first place. I wanted to use the bathroom and was stopped from using it, even though as a paying customer who paid for entry you would think the bathroom would be accessible. But since this was also cash only me and my friends were unable to use the bathroom. A member of staff gave out to my friend due to her having a north face puffer jacket on and to me for having my jacket on. We explained to him we did not have cash to leave our jackets in the cloak room and made us spend the rest of our night in the smoking area, where you are not allowed to bring drinks out to.
