By using this method, you can easily shop online for party supplies and within two hours, your order will be ready for pickup. For delivery services, you can select from Ground, 3-Day, 2nd Day, Next Day, and Next Day Saturday Delivery. The cost of Ground shipping is $7.99 for orders up to $100. Shipping increases by up to three dollars as the value of your order increases. Return Policy
As long as you have your store receipt or shipping receipt, Party City will happily accept all returns and exchanges made within 30 days of purchase. Exclusions to this return policy are personalized items and helium tanks. Seasonal merchandise and costumes (Halloween, Christmas, Easter) may be returned up to 7 days prior to the holiday. All return merchandise should be in good condition, unopened and unworn, and in the original packaging. You will be refunded the full purchase price and all returns will be credited back in the original form of payment.
